Tojiro
The Japanese knife manufacturer Tojiro started simple: in 1955, with a stainless steel fruit knife. Today, the company produces a wide range of kitchen knives: Santoku, Petty, Gyuto and Nakiri, in many different sizes and shapes. However, Tojiro remains true to the Japanese design language. The beautiful, typical wooden handles in dark or light wood fit perfectly in the hand. The Klötzli cutlers represent Tojiro in Switzerland.
